Staff were excellent.

Location: the hotel was right by tourist attractions, Tbilisi, which is mostly inhabited by Armenians, and the Europe Square and old part of Tbilisi. Went to Pub Talaveri for drink or two, set within a close distance from the venue.

The breakfast was plentiful with both georgian and good Tea, as for instance and had something for everyone.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room. Stylish lobby. Nice breakfast.

This place is fantastic with friendly staff and modern rooms, plus it's conveniently located just a mile away from the Holy Trinity Cathedral.

Located in a bustling market area, the hotel is conveniently close to Avlabari train station, yet peaceful thanks to its quiet street location. the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the staff provided helpful service, especially when calling for taxis. the breakfast was adequate and included fresh fruits, a plus for health-conscious guests. Some rooms had a nice view of the city, and the WiFi connection was strong throughout the hotel.

The hotel lacked sufficient toiletry supplies in some rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in the old streets between the charming houses. The hotel provided excellent service in terms of room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry. We were also impressed with the airport shuttle service and the warm welcome drink upon arrival. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful, providing us with information about nearby tours and tickets.

During my stay at Hotel Oriental, I had a situation where they had to move me to another hotel due to some unforeseen circumstances. However, they quickly arranged for me to stay at a nearby hotel and even refunded my rent for the night. It was a relief to have Liana, a helpful staff member, assist me throughout the process. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by my driver who went above and beyond his duties to accompany me. I appreciate their efforts in providing exceptional service.

The prices were incredibly affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. Secondly, the location was ideal, situated on the charming old streets between the houses, giving it a truly authentic feel. Finally, the rooms were superb, with new furniture that looked just like the photos. I particularly loved the comfortable sofa in the room, which added a nice touch. Oh, and the breakfast! It was served with good tea and offered a great variety of options to start the day off right.

The rooms were decently clean, and the Wi-Fi had good speed. The location was relatively quiet, and there were some good places to eat nearby. The staff was helpful and assisted me with some travel arrangements.

Had a great city trip and stayed at a very nice hotel. Loved the complementary breakfast, especially the fresh and delicious food. the location was perfect, being so close to the main sights and public transportation made it easy to go wherever I wanted to go. Also enjoyed the helpful staff who were always there to help me when I needed it.

Only thing that wasn't great was the size of the room, which was a little small for my liking. the street outside could be a bit noisy sometimes, but it didn't really bother me too much.
